Meet Claire Sioné-Fournier
I am Claire, SophroNut's founder and only practitioner. I am a mother of two young children and a passionate advocate for optimising health through natural, personalised approaches. With a Master’s degree in Personalised Nutrition and a Practice Diploma in Nutrition Therapy, I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve their wellness goals by focusing on the body as a whole rather than isolated symptoms. Raised abroad, I have developed a deep appreciation for the diversity of cuisines and love experimenting with new ingredients, believing that healthy food should never be boring.
Alongside my nutrition expertise, I am also a qualified Sophrology and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner, which allows me to support my clients’ well-being through both mind and body techniques.
I offer personalised nutrition consultations and sophrology sessions, combining science and holistic practices to create tailored plans that empower my clients to thrive.
